Northwest Healthcare Properties undergoes rebrand by Fifty Thousand Fee
The global real estate investor and asset manager, which has more than $10bn of assets under management, focuses on properties in the healthcare industry. Now operating across eight countries, it sought the help of global brand consultancy and creative agency Fifty Thousand Fee to reimagine its brand identity and match the firm’s growing global presence.
In crafting a more cohesive and differentiated brand and digital experience for tenants, partners and investors, Fifty Thousand Fee was responsible for redesigning the logomark, typography, colour palette, and shape and pattern treatments.
The brand consultancy devised a new brand promise, ‘connecting place and possibility’, and created the new visual identity system based around that. Additionally, Fifty Thousand Feet also altered Northwest Healthcare Properties’ corporate website for prospective and current tenants, as well as the investor community.
In order to align global team members with corporate brand standards and best practices, the Northwest Healthcare Properties rebrand is supported by the creation of a suite of branded applications. This includes stationery, presentation, brochure and report templates and social media graphics.
