Fifty Thousand Feet has promoted two staffers: Erica Riccobono to Chief Client Officer and Mike May to Chief Strategy Officer.

The decision follows FTF's acquisition of design firm Tangible.

Formerly a managing director at the agency, Riccobono is now responsible for clients and account growth as Chief Client Officer. Her previous experience includes working as a managing director at Huge and Elephant, handling growth and client services, respectively.

“Our relentless focus on building timeless brands, now strengthened by the expanded capabilities of the Tangible team, allows us to show up for our clients in more meaningful, integrated ways. It’s a proposition I’m proud to bring forward to our client relationships, particularly as we accelerate into our next phase of growth together,” Riccobono told Agency Daily.
May, also a managing director at FTF, now takes charge of solution design, practice building and mentorship, as well as evolving the company's brand strategy.

Before this, he worked as GVP, strategy at Huge, a principal at Acorn Strategy and vice president, events at IAB.

“These promotions are perfectly timed as Fifty Thousand Feet expands its portfolio and deepens its capabilities following the acquisition of Tangible,” said Kate Watts, CEO of Fifty Thousand Feet. “Mike and Erica are the right leaders at the right time. Their judgment, leadership, and partnership have been instrumental to our success. They will play a critical role as we continue building a more integrated, future-ready firm for our clients.”

Fifty Thousand Feet has offices in Chicago, New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and London. The agency's client list has included Knoll, Discord, Winston Artory Group, and Citadel.
