Kristen Lampier

Kristen brings more than 20 years of experience helping oversee the People & Culture function. Her ability to support growth and drive efficiencies have earned her a reputation as a highly trusted advisor to Leadership and within the organization. Prior to joining Fifty Thousand Feet, Kristen held senior leadership roles at organizations including L2TMedia, EMCOR, and Sara Lee where she drove business and employee experience initiatives. Kristen holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is based in Fifty Thousand Feet's Chicago office.
