Founded in 2004 and publicly traded since 2010, Northwest Healthcare Properties (TSX: NWH.UN) is a global real estate investment trust with more than $10B of assets under management and a portfolio of more than 230 income-producing properties spanning eight countries. Northwest partnered with Fifty Thousand Feet to re-envision a visual identity and digital presence that reflects the company’s rapid growth and signals its evolution from a traditional REIT to an institutional asset manager.

Brand Identity
Centered on a newly defined brand promise of “connecting place and possibility,” our comprehensive system enabled Northwest to embrace a more distinct, modern expression within a historically reserved landscape and communicate its scale and ambition, instilling confidence in investors and tenants across global markets.




Corporate Website
In tandem with brand development, we redesigned and developed the Northwest corporate website. The refreshed website delivers tailored content for key audiences and emphasizes Northwest’s strategy on critical industry topics including sustainability. Prospective and current tenants can search for properties and explore detailed listings, while investors can quickly access reports, metrics, and company insights through scannable, digestible page layouts.


Communication Templates
To maintain consistency across all touchpoints, FTF created a suite of branded applications, stationery, presentation decks, brochures, reports, and social media graphics. These materials help teams across eight countries share the brand seamlessly.


Sustainability Report
In partnership with BCG, we developed and launched Northwest’s inaugural sustainability report. Designed to bring structure and transparency to the company’s ESG commitments, the report introduces feature stories, case studies, and data visualizations to spotlight key initiatives, metrics, and long-term goals.
Brand Portal
Integrated into Northwest’s intranet, FTF created a portal experience to provide easy access to brand tools, templates, and guidelines. The portal streamlines branded material creation and ensures effective brand application across teams and regions.
